Insert your desired locations, dates and times into the search form and click the Search button.
After performing a search, click the select Button next to the car of your choice.
Follow the instructions on the next pages to pick your car extras and provide your details.
Please read carefully through the information in those pages.
When the booking process is complete, you will receive an e-mail with the booking details.
Rental days are calculated on a 24 hour basis.
Partial days are counted in full.
There are no cancellation fees.
You are required however to notify us at least 2 day before your booking date, should you wish to cancel your reservation.
You may return the car up to 2 hours later than the drop-off time without an extra cost.
For an even later drop-off time you will be charged an extra day.
Driver must be at least 21 years old, with a valid driver's license held for 12 months or more, for car categories A, B and C.
For other categories, the minimum age is 23 years, with a driver's license valid for at least 24 months.
Yes! At no extra cost you can have as many different drivers as you want.
Payment is done either through PayPal or on the spot when you pick up the car.
RhodeCar offers full insurance, inlcuding a Collision Damage Waiver, Third Party Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance and Theft Protection.
You will need a valid driver's license and another valid identification document (ID card or passport).
By Greek traffic law it is prohibited to drive without a driver's license. You can still rent a car, if there is another driver with a driver's license in your group.
The operating hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. For service at a time outside that range, there is a 15 euro per rental fee for car pick-ups.
You will not lose your reservation, but we do ask you that you inform us about the delay. However, if the delay causes service to be required outside the operating hours, a 15 euro fee will be requested of you
Upon request, one-way rentals are available, with extra charge depending on location.
If your hotel is in one of our servicable areas, we will deliver the car to you and you can give the keys to the reception to drop it off. Extra fees may apply, depending on rental period length and distance of your hotel from our stations.
All our rentals offer unlimited mileage in Rhodes.
Transporting the car outside the island of Rhodes is not allowed.
We accept cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
We require you to return the car with the same amount of fuel as when you picked it up. If you return it with more fuel, no refund will be issued for the price of the excess fuel.
If you wish to extend your rental period please contact the station where you picked the car up, at least 24 hours before the rental return date.
As with all rental companies, only the car category is confirmed. The car models on the website are indicative only.
In such a case contact the station where you picked the car up and explain the issue to our representative as clearly and calmly as possible.
Please remain close to your vehicle until help arrives.
If the problem can not be fixed on the spot, a replacement car will be provided.
If you lose the key, contact the station where you picked the car up. One of our agents will bring you a replacement key. Losing the key is not covered by the insurance and you will be charged for it.
Upon picking the car up, our agents will give you clear information on the fuel type for your car. If however, a mistake is made, contact the station where you picked the car up for instructions.
